The Stanford Daily
I joined the staff of The Stanford Daily in September 2007, one week into my time as an undergraduate at Stanford University. A fertile training ground for young reporters, The Daily was my gateway to journalism. For four years I likely spent more time in its offices than I did in my campus residences, and I made my closest friends among its staff.
From 2007 to 2011 I served in numerous capacities, including as staff development editor (June 2010 - January 2011), president and editor-in-chief (June 2009 - January 2010), deputy editor (January 2009 - June 2009), managing editor of news (June 2008 - January 2009), news desk editor (January 2008 - June 2008) and staff reporter.
Following is a comprehensive list of stories from 2007 to 2011.
Note: Several links below may direct to outdated Web pages because the Stanford Daily website has been overhauled. A digitized archive, searchable by date, of the print editions of The Daily includes all of the stories below and can be found here.
